Position: Receptionist/ Admin
Start date: ASAP
Location: Morningside, Durban
- Switchboard Management
- Welcoming guests and managing tea and coffees for all clients

- Debtor’s collection
- General office administration
o Stationery / Grocery list preparation
o Maintaining file labelling system
- Archiving of all documents - Make labels, add to server list, archive in box
- SARS - Scan audit documents to server in respective client files
- SARS - Follow up on audits, use Microsoft Outlook calendar as reminder
- Ad hoc Processing:
o UIF Registrations
o WCA Registrations
o Annual Returns
o BEE Certificates
o Company Registrations
o Company Statutory Changes
o Tax Clearance Certificates
o VAT Registrations
- Filing of documents:
o VAT201 Returns and Supporting Documents
o EMP501 Returns and Supporting Documents
o IRP6 Returns and Supporting Documents
o Income Tax Returns and Supporting Documents
o CIPC Returns and Supporting Documents
o Statutory Documents
o Financial Statements
- Scanning of documents - as and when required by staff
- Support Managing Director with ad hoc needs
- Ensuring on an ongoing basis that all items in the hanging folders are saved on the server and vice versa
- Perform the duties of Administrator when Senior Office Administrator is not available.
Experience with the following computer programs is advantageous but not compulsory:
- Microsoft Office
- SARS E-filing

Morningside, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
