Continue to APPLY!An Agricultural equipment company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Mpumalanga. Minimum of 5 Years of experience in the agricultural mechanisation industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing of key accounts
- Sales and budgets
- Relationship building at all levels
- Stock Control of consignment stock held at dealers premises (Implements and spares)
- Arranging and organising shows and demo’s
- Handling and facilitating warranty claims

- Dealer Training
- Point of sale and promotional material
- Marketing campaigns
- Farm visits
- Pre-inspection delivery of Implements
- Technical assistance to dealers (mechanical, electronics and hydraulics)
- Compiling reports
- Pricing
- Competitor analysis
- Assist with the managing of research and development projects
- Assessing current market trends with the aim to provide new ideas to the research and development team
Desired Experience & Qualification
- have good agricultural knowledge
- have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the agricultural mechanisation industry
- be PC literate (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point essential)
- have Matric (Grade 12)
- be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- have good customer relations skills
- be technically orientated
- be able to work as part of a team
- be assertive
- be able to work independently
- Be prepared to travel and be away from home
