RETAIL Assistant Store Manager Kimberley

The Assistant Store Manager will assist the Store Manager in the general functioning of the Store. The Assistant Store Manager must also be able to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

Expectations

Candidates must be willing to work retail hours (weekends and public holidays)
Driver’s license with own transport
Bilingual: English and Afrikaans

Must have 3-5 years retail experience
Computer proficiency: Microsoft office package
HR, IR and employee development
Customer service excellence
Management of sales targets and budgets
Problem and conflict solving

Stock management
Providing a high level of feedback
Exceptional communication and assertiveness skills
Ability to lead and manage a team
