Mpumalanga – Upmarket hotel situated on busy tourist route seeks suitably qualified and experience Rooms Division Manager to join their team.
Duties include (but are not limited to) the management, development and training of staff working in the department. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the operational management of the Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations department, and will be tasked with the streamlining and upliftment of these divisions whilst ensuring seamless levels of service at all times. He/ she will be responsible for related administration, systems management and reporting. Additional ad hoc duties apply.
What you need to apply for this position:
Grade 12 + Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management or similar. Minimum of 5-8 years previous working experience of which a minimum of 2 years should be in the capacity of RDM within a reputable hotel group. Must be computer literate on MS Office Suite and Opera (or similar). Applicants must have an unendorsed drivers licence.
