To handle sales administrative tasks and act as an extension of the sales team when representatives are away from the office. Administrators also provide a point of contact for customers with queries about course offerings.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To deliver excellent customer service to all clients and students.
To be able to display and apply extensive product knowledge.
To be able to display accurate and efficient use of the ICAS system.
Be able to liaise effectively with students and to ensure all student queries are effectively dealt with.
General Administration for the sales department.

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
1.Matric is essential and a Diploma / Certification in Office Administration or Sales and Marketing is advantageous.
2.A minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
3.Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
4.Computer literacy is essential especially in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
5.ICAS experience advantageous.
