. Minimum 4 years’ experience within Financial Administration Environment

Duties and responsibilities:
Create, send and submit purchase orders for all consultants
Gather and submit all account opening documents and information for new clients
Submit and archive all supplier forms for new consultants
Review commission sheets of national sales team
Oversee and report on administration team and activities weekly
Liaise with the Talent team regarding recruitment on behalf of General Manager: Risk
Assist with Project handovers
Process slips for consultant/client entertainment
Submit petrol claims
Organise and liaise all flight and accommodation bookings
Scheduling of boardrooms
Liaise with marketing regarding collateral and presentations
Reviewing reports from the Project Managers
Working with the SETA team to achieve business goals
Working with the Project Managers to achieve business goals
General overseeing of the Joint Venture (JV) projects
Assist with scheduling of meet and greats, client feedback reports and opening of client accounts
