Continue to APPLY!Serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries as well as provide support for sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
Process orders via email or phone
Delivering excellent customer service to business clients
Building relationships with clients and stakeholders
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
Liaise with warehouse and service centre to ensure timely deliveries
Ensure clients get feedback
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Keep the database up to date
Develop monthly sales reports

Requirements:
Matric
Degree in Marketing or Business
2+ years assisting a sales team
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Multitasking
Punctual
Disciplined
