We are a start-up accounting and marketing firm that sells marketing, tax and accounting services to SMMEs, Co-Operatives and Non-profit Organizations and are looking to develop a sales team.

Experience: Sales: 1 year (ESSENTIAL)

Skills and experience required

Previous cold calling experience.
Excellent record of meeting sales targets
Generate own leads – leads will also be provided
Previous experience of being in and around a sales environment.
Good knowledge of MS office software and Excel
Experience on using CRM Software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in marketing and/or accounting advantageous
Minimum requirements:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Must be a go-getter, self-starter and not a shy person as you will have to speak to people over the phone
Must be able to gather own leads (cold calling) – will also be given leads
Must have own laptop and smartphone
Duties will include but is not limited to:

Cold calling potential clients from a leads list
Building and maintaining relationships with current and new customer for continued business
Making appointments and meeting potential clients to explain and demonstrate the benefits of our service offering in both accounting and marketing
Responding to clients via emails, WhatsApp, calls
Data capturing and other admin tasks
Keeping contact and following up with clients
General administration duties
Following up on clients
Salary: Market-Related
