Requirements:

Clear Criminal Record
6 Months Call Centre Experience (preferably insurance)
Preferred languages – English / Zulu/ Sotho/ Xhosa
Computer literate
Key Competencies and Skills

Communication skills
Problem solving / handling objections
Ability to work under pressure

High energy level
Working as part of team
Manage and achieve set targets
Adherence to quality and compliance processes

Salary: R4000 + uncapped Comm

Working hours: Mon – Fri – 8am – 5pm

1 Saturday a month
