Sales Consultant-Fragrance Boutique Bayside mall

The customer experience is always at the front of our minds here at Fragrance Boutique. We sweat the small stuff and work hard at ensuring that our customers get the sort of experience that they want when they walk through our doors. We are looking for sales assistants to join us in building those exceptional experiences for our customers at our store in the Table Bay /Bayside Mall.

Your role will include

Offering and executing a high level of customer service to any customer that enters our store.
Each visit is a unique interaction.

Making our store an inviting and intriguing space which show cases our brand and our range of products in the best possible way
Ensuring that each purchase is processed through our system accurately
Following the internal process for stock receipt, storage and merchandising
Dealing with and resolving any customer complaint to the standards of our brand, ensuring that all processes are carefully followed
Continuously learning about the products and services that we offer and ensuring that our customers are shared up to date information

Feels energized when they talk about Fragrance Boutique products and value offerings
Love to share product knowledge and feel that they have achieved something great when a customer has made the best purchase from them
Knows how to make each interaction with a customer unique and right for the customer
Has worked in a retail environment and has developed an understanding of sales principles
Has excellent communication skills both in English and Afrikaans with a third South African language being a clear advantage.
A minimum of a Matric certificate or equivalent experience in the industry
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R25.00 /hour
