Business Management Degree or Diploma or related qualification would be advantageous.
Previous experience having worked in Sales or Marketing or in an FMCG environment is essential.
Computer literacy is essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Managing and building customer relationships.
Conducting weekly customer calls to build effective partnerships and resolve customer issues.
Ensuring all current and correct customer master data is captured and maintained.
Achieving customer sales volume targets.
Monitoring volumes by outlet to ensure 100% availability of key brands and packs through forward planning.
Managing stock rotation to ensure 100% availability.
Driving the effective execution of selective merchandising implementation in the consumption and purchase zones.
Negotiating and executing interior and exterior price communication.
Managing the company’s refrigeration assets by driving governance and compliance.
Managing the company’s assets in the outlets including permanent merchandising and signage.
Conducting asset verification surveys.
Assisting customers with managing stock replenishment to minimise stock outs.
Managing stock rotation and quality.
Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable based on experience gained.
