Work Experience
4 to 5 years administrative experience
3 years office management
CRM Knowledge (Maximizer utilised in ACS)
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for Sales and Service Administration functions for the KwaZulu-Natal branch including preparation of job specific safety requirements, basic report generation, office logistics and management as well as marketing event planning.
Key Performance Areas
Office management (consumables, general administration)
Reception duties
Preparation of safety documentation for site work
Customer communication (Internal and External – supporting sales activities)
Order tracking (expediting, reporting)
Customer event planning (basic marketing)
Monthly reporting support
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Meticulous attention to document formats, layout, spelling and grammar
MS Office proficient – Excel and Word, specifically
Behavioural Competencies
Strong ability to plan

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
