Sales Trainer needed in Mount Edgecombe for a Discovery Insure Campaign

Job Description

We are expanding and require an experienced Training & Development Facilitator is to conduct telesales training of new and existing employees to enhance performance and meet campaign sales targets. The successful incumbent will be required to design and develop sales training programs and course material.

We require Key Requirements for this role:

Minimum 2 years training experience within an outbound sales call centre environment

Experience in training consultants within the insurance/telco sector is essential

In-depth knowledge of telesales and outbound contact centre operations

Clear criminal record

Grade 12 pass and a training qualification

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Excellent reporting skills

Advantageous skills:

RE qualification advantageous

All FGro Red COVID protocols must be observed when arriving for Assessments including mask-wearing – no mask means no entry.

Basic Salary is 10-15 – Depending on Payslip and Experience

Plus commission.
