Handle switchboard, messages and reception
Control petty cash, facsimiles & postage and stationery
Creation and goods receipt of monthly purchase orders.
Manage mailboxes for incoming requests.
Liaison and oversee office maintenance and cleaning
Other ad hoc tasks
Required Experience Two years relevant experience in office administration
Qualifications Grade 12
Primary Objectives of the Position
Types memorandums, letters and reports from hand written drafts, Dictaphone tapes and shorthand/ speedwriting notes. Would be of average to above average competence in the use of computerised packages. Would also do filing and make telephone calls and travel arrangements. May also perform clerical work of a related nature. Normally reports to Functional Manager or Unit Manager.
