Required Skills/Tasks
Ensure that no unauthorized goods are allowed to leave or enter the premises.
Have a full working knowledge of all security equipment in use i.e., hand held metal detectors, walkie talkies, Bag Scanners, Bank Doors etc.
Ensure that any suspicious circumstances/persons are immediately reported to the Manager on shift.
Deal with all fire arms/dangerous weapons in accordance with Galaxy Bingo operating procedures.
Search/scan all customers in accordance with Galaxy Bingo operating procedures.
Immediately report any deficiencies in the car park operation, i.e. lights not working.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a security guard
PSIRA registration desirable but not required
Grade 12
Good communication skills
Friendly disposition
