At least three years’ experience in the same or similar position at a 4 or 5 star hotel and a Tertiary qualification at hotel school or something similar will be an advantage.
Skills & Abilities:
Must have strong administrative and managerial skills.
Must have experience in and knowledge of all policies and procedures related to Front Office management.
Must have sound knowledge of disciplinary policies and procedures.
Must have strong people, communications ans supervisory skills.

Be computer literate and must be familiar with Apex front of house system or a similar related syste
To assist in management and training of the front office staff
Required to have a valid driver’s licence and own transport
