MSc in Agriscience or Microbiology with 3 – 5 years’ laboratory experience. Molecular background essential with sound knowledge on beneficial and pathogenetic microorganisms. Bilingual with excellent communication skills.*

Description:A company specialising in the development, manufacturing and distribution of a broad range of products for the Agrochemical market is seeking a suitable qualified Senior Laboratory Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of a unique range of soil-based biological products that will help expand the company’s biological product range which will further enhance the company’s focus on delivering a holistic plant health solution to its customers.
Key Requirements:MSc degree in either Agricultural or Microbiological Sciences with 3 – 5 years’ laboratory experience. Sound knowledge on plant health, biotechnology and/or horticulture. Molecular background essential. Sound knowledge on the identification, isolation, purification and cultivation of pathogenic fungi and bacteria. Must be bilingual with excellent communication skills.
Additional Requirements:Self-driven and passionate. The ability to work independently and in a team. Innovative and goal orientated. Good planning, communication, leadership and organizational skills. High level of self-discipline. Attention to detail.
Remuneration:Market related based on experience.
Starting date:As soon as possible.
