AllLife is looking for mature, highly experienced, and seasoned senior sales consultants for one of our prestigious campaigns selling full comprehensive life insurance. Candidates MUST come from an environment where have been exposed to with dialing all types of leads - cold, warm, hot, but more importantly be confident enough to generate your own referral leads and sales from the leads provided to you. We are looking for Consultants who are energetic, self-managed, self-motivated, target driven and money hungry, we want the best of the best to join our team.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

· Matric

· Clear Criminal and Clear Credit Record

· FAIS Accredited/RE5 Advantage

· Reside in Durban and surroundings and preferably have your own transport or has reliable transport.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

· Must have 4 – 5 years sales experience in an outbound calling environment and experience in dialing various lead sets and generating referral leads and sales.

· Insurance experience is an advantage.

· Individuals must have a successful and proven sales track record.

· Must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to influence and overcome objections successfully.

· Computer literate

SALARY AND BENEFITS

· Basics salary range from R 4 200 up to R10 000 depending on the level you have achieved.

· Uncapped Commission Structure

· Top up Commission in the first 3 months while ramping up and building up a pipeline
