The Role:
The role entails interacting with our customers in the Spanish market, to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, and to handle and resolve complaints received via telephone and email.
The working hours are–Mon-Fri 5pm- 9pm
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
Receiving clients in a professional manner telephonically
Resolving queries where necessary, and escalating matters to the relevant parties where applicable
Continuously updating the client database
Ensuring client satisfaction to their queries
Problem-solving all client queries appropriately, with relative and timeous solutions
Requirements:
Basic computer literacy – MS Suite
Active listening skills
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Stress tolerance
Fluency in the Spanish and English language (reading/writing/listening/speaking)
Problem-solving ability
Dedicated time-management
Team player
