This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional to work in a fashion credible environment. As a Store Manager you will drive store sales, performance and profitability through the development and support of your team. In essence, you will need to take responsibility for the store as if it were your own business.

The Store Manager’s main duties include:

Execute the company`s operational strategic objectives
Exercise exceptional entrepreneurial and commercial thinking to effectively drive sales
Develop a high performance team and culture in line with the company values
Drive the ultimate customer experience
Manage visual merchandise principles
Consistent delivery of all Key Performance Indicators

Requirements:

A Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
Retail management experience (essential)
A customer-centric attitude and approach
Excellent communication skills
Strong leadership skills
