We have been established for over 10 years, so we know what works and we know what doesn’t. We are looking for a pair of fresh eyes to come in and implement new and exciting things to make their team succeed.
We are first and foremost a sales company so someone from a sales background would be ideal for this position.
Requirements:
3+ Years’ experience in similar role
Proven record working with outbound sales consultants
Experience with implementing strategies to drive sales
Ability to manage a team’s performance
Ability to manage agent compliance in line with best industry practice
MS Office – Competent level for Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to deal with conflict and resolve internal staffing issues
Duties:
Managing a team of sales agents
Report back on performance shortfalls
Optimizing sales and conversions
Daily Coaching
Daily Mentoring
Assist agents with managing objections
Implementing sales strategies in order to grow client pipeline
Performance management implementation
Run daily team meetings
Adhoc Team leader duties
Personal Characteristics:
Positive attitude and ability to remain calm and professional at all times
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Must have a high level of emotional intelligence
