Purpose of the Job
To support Transpharm Pretoria's training function with training co-ordination and administrative duties.

Job Objectives
Act as the point of contact between the Company, Training Providers, Learners/ Delegates and Line Management with regards to:
Provide support with the planning and implementation of training interventions for both Accredited and Non-Accredited Training.
Completion of Learner Agreements.
Verifying the accuracy of agreements.
Submission of Agreements and other required documentation to the Training Provider and / or SETA.
Create and maintain a training roster/s as an overview of all learning programmes running in a particular week / month / year.
Coordinate training interventions
Ensure that all learners are made aware of training dates, times and venue.
Schedule a facilitator and provide support where needed.
Ensure that delegates have the required equipment and software to connect to virtual learning interventions.
Ensure that training venues are booked and that both the facilitator and the delegates have access to the necessary equipment and/or materials.
Ensure that training rooms are always clean and compliant with Occupational Health and Safety standards.
Prepare and deliver learning materials, such as learner workbooks, attendance registers, handouts, and feedback mechanisms, for both virtual and classroom training.
Administration and record keeping
Obtain training registers for all training interventions (Classroom, Virtual, On the Job).
Capture all attendance registers onto the SAP Learning Management System.
Gather invoices and prepare them for approval at the appropriate levels of authority.
Submit signed invoices to Home Office for payment and follow up to ensure payment is made.
All invoices, attendance registers, facilitator feedback / reports, and other documents must be filed for record keeping purposes.
Resolve training queries, as they arise, and escalate where necessary.
Assist, where applicable, with the preparation and completion of the Annual Training Report and Workplace Skills Plan.
Create and maintain various training reports.
Assist in preparing quarterly SETA reports and submissions by gathering the required documentation such as but not limited to; registers, invoices facilitator and Training Provider feedback.
Qualifications
Essential:
Grade 12, National Senior Certificate
Desirable:
Relevant Training or Adminstrative qualification
Experience
Essential:
2+ Years experience in an administrative role with exposure to Training delivery administration
Desirable
Experience within the FMCG, retail sector or similar
Knowledge and Skills
Essential Knowledge and Skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
Excellent planning and organising skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication
Strong attention to detail
Strong customer focused (Internal and External Customers)
Desirable Knowledge and Skills:
Accredited learning – working with SETA’s
Knowledge regarding working on SAP Learning Management System
