Duties & Responsibilities
Daily processing of cashbook transactions that does not appear in the accounting system.
Importing receipts in the accounting system and relevant loan account journals that is consequential of incorrect payments
Processing of debit orders , bank charges and interbank transfers in the accounting system
Reconciling the group loan accounts
Reconciliation daily weekly and monthly of all bank accounts to the accounting system
Following up with the bank on unknown de[posits and any queries on bank statements
Filing cashbook according to the departments requirements
Handling the internal auditor and external auditors queries
Bcom accounting with 2 -3 years’ experience and completed SAICA articles A MUST HAVE!
Own transport and rivers licence
