Job Description:
Keep track of bids on a weekly basis
Update bid list on a weekly basis
Assist with producing a final bid document
Arrange bid kick-of meetings with relevant role players and keep minutes of such meetings
Undertake other administrative tasks as required
Actively search for new tenders on a daily basis
Provide assistance to the Bid Office Account Manager as required
Team Orientated
Adaptable and flexible
Perform duties in a structured manner
A self-started and able to work without supervision
A strong sense of humour
