Answer all calls promptly and professionally
Meet and Greet visitors, creating an exemplary first contact for the company
Relay all calls immediately to the appropriate department or staff member , taking and reverting detailed messages where appropriate
Create an experience of ease and personal focus for clients and visitors
Keep the reception area tidy and professionally presented at all times
Keep track of regular clients and visitors, building and maintaining strong relationships
The successful candidate will need to possess the following :
Matric
Previous client facing , first contact reception experience
Computer Literate
Strong client focus

Two to three years’ experience within a corporate setting
Excellent organisation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional, diplomatic, confidential and tactful
Excellent time management skills
