Dispatch Controller

Minimum requirements for the role:


Grade 12 is essential.
A qualification in Logistics or Warehouse Management would be advantageous.
A minimum of 2 years’ dispatch experience within a manufacturing environment, chemical environment or automotive refinish environment, is essential.
Must be able to operate a forklift.
Must have fair knowledge on health and safety.
Must have high energy levels and work well within a team.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Providing feedback to the Warehouse Manager.
Ensuring that procedures are implemented and maintained.
Picking and loading trucks.
Conducting quality checks on products.
Checking batch numbers, expiry dates and damages.
Ensuring that the correct product is loaded for delivery as well as checking the source.
Maintaining excellent customer service levels.
