The vacant position at Europcar as a Fleet Administrator could be just the perfect fit for you. The Pomona based team is looking for an assertive problem solver with great negotiation skills.
Position Overview The purpose of the position is to ensure that all fleet administrative duties are completed timeously and to the required standard in order for fleet efficiencies to be realized and business risk to be controlled.
Specific Role Responsibilities KEY DUTIES
• Ensure daily fleet checks are done,
• Ensure national fleet checks are don on Wednesday,
• Pull VMR16 in the morning and compare against daily fleet check,
• Assist with the de-fleeting of vehicles,
• Assist with the fleeting of new vehicles,
• Making necessary arrangements with dealers to service our vehicles,
• Maintain close contact with all main dealers,
• Issuing of all orders timeously as and when necessary,
• Monitor the day to day activities relating to out of service vehicle, more so with external repairers,
• Manage and reduce out of service vehicles,
• Improve vehicle servicing and maintenance turnaround,
• Manage and reduce servicing and maintenance cost,
• Administrating of management of e-tags on vehicles,
FINANCE
• Assisting finance to ensure timeous payment of suppliers,
• Matching of invoices and purchase orders at branch level,
• Daily forwarding of all matched invoices and purchase invoices to finance,
• Liaison with finance department daily,
ADMINISTRATION
• Vendor applications and banking details of suppliers,
• Ensuring that VRV's are actioned on a daily basis,
• Manage SLA's and ensure that they are renewed annually,
CLAIMS
• Ensuring the necessary updating of claims information to ensure recovery of all rental related claims,
• Ensuring that all claims are invoiced timeously by getting necessary orders or authorizations from clients
Qualifications and Experience MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
• Grade 12.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
• 3 Years car rental experience advantageous
• Customer service experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Valid unendorsed Code 08 driver’s license.
• Computer literacy with high level of accuracy especially Word and Excel
