Requirements
You will be responsible for:
1. Recruitment administration, reference checks and database management
2. Employee admin service to campus and support staff
3. Project management within the employee culture sphere
4. HR system back end admin management
5. Data capturing
6. Training and development administration
This is what you need to apply:
1. Recent (within the last 2 years) HR qualification graduate - your statement of results will be required to apply
2. Very competent in the world of social media
3. Excellent computer skills, you should be able to quickly grasp complicated software and be adept at putting together Excel sheets, Powerpoint presentations and Word documents
4. Very good command of the English language, excellent grammar, phone etiquette and creative writing skills
