The successful candidate will be able to lead a multidisciplinary team.

She/He will be responsible for coordinating functions and activities related to the provision, promotion and assurance of quality patient care.

EDUCATION :

Qualified Professional Nurse registered with SANC
Admin/Management qualification
Post-Basic Clinical qualification in a specialized unit would be advantageous
WORK EXPERIENCE

Min. 5 years exp. in similar position within private hospital environment

Capacity to implement and maintain standards of health practice required from all accredited bodies and appropriate health legislation
KNOWLEDGE

Relevant exp in the nursing discipline
Independent, innovative and team-orientated
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
Excellent admin and organization skills
Strong leadership and management abilities
Excellent compt skills
Passionate about customer service excellence
Highly motivated, energetic and able to handle pressure
