• To assist the manager in the daily activities in unit as been required.
• Assist in control over documentation and company standards
• Assist manager in all staff related problems
• Assist in the production of all wards
• Assist in the control of meals and service to the company’s standard of quality regarding service and food standards.
• To work according requirements and satisfied client/patients
• To assist in special functions from time to time, outside or normal working hours.
• To assist all staff in working related matters
• To maintain the Company’s standard of hygiene, cleanliness and to ensure that the Company and client’s policies and Government legislation are adhered.
• To ensure maximum security of all areas and information under Fedics Food Services.
• To ensure that all the tasks of the establishment are carried out
• To assume control of establishment in the absence of Ward Hostess/Slippy Lady
• To attend to any reasonable request made by Catering Manager/Assistant Catering Manager
• To report any customer complains or staff grievances to the Catering Manager and where possible and within your capabilities to take necessary action.

Qualifications
• A good general standard of education (GCSE)
• Knowledge of National Health and Safety
• A background in a Health profession such as nursing could be useful
