RESPONSIBILITIES:
Co-ordinate all Training related information
Allocate and control entire training budgets for all departments (Inclusive of training related travel and accommodation)
Interact with all training institutions including consultants and ensure that training costs are optimized
Ensure the effectiveness and relevance of all training to business goals
Advise on the most effective Organizational Development initiatives

Ensure compliance and maximization of Skills Levy Act rebates and any Government Training incentives
Desired Experience & Qualification
REQUIREMENTS:
A tertiary qualification
Training related qualification/training i.e. Train the Trainer, Assessor, Moderator Training.
At least 5 years’ experience in a Training / Academic environment at senior level
Proven record in dealing with SETAs and Educational Institutions
Proven record of being involved in BBBEE
Project Management experience
