Private Label Consultant

Introduction
Our client is looking for the following attributes :

Very good communication skills & be fully conversant in English.
Computer literacy – Excel Advanced
Ability to persuade customers to buy.
Capacity to manage and maintain client relationships.
High energy levels.
Disciplined and presentable.
Ability to work independently and be part of a team.
Must be able to work after hours at times.
Must be from the food industry / Chef (very big advantage).
Must understand the private a label strategy.
Must be able to perform demo’s and cook offs.

Must be able to add value to the chef and his menu.
Must be confident to speak to groups.
Must be target driven.
A team player.
The candidate must have a trustworthy vehicle and be willing to use it for work purposes
Duties & Responsibilities
Identify business opportunities to grow the market.
Grow the basket with current customers by introducing new products.
Contribute positively towards achievement of sales targets set out for the team.
Be an ambassador of the company to customers.
Participate in projects designed to generate revenue for the business.
Desired Experience & Qualification
At least 3 years Chef experience within a Hospitality environment and ideally within a similar industry as ours

Package & Remuneration
R 8000 + Comission
