As a production and dispatch clerk, your job duties include scheduling transportation, assigning and tracking work crews and drivers on delivery efforts, preparing work orders, and following all company regulations. Strong organizational and customer service skills, as well as experience working with computers or in a logistics office, are essential for this job. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties -

Supervise production staff.

Plan daily production targets, prepare assembly sheets and issue correct stock.

Ensure all production equipment are checked/serviced.

Plan production/stock for containers and ETA to all depots.

Quality checks on all assembled products.

Prepare Standard Operating Procedures for all assembled products.

Update Work Instructions for all assembled products.

Maintain ISO Standards in stores and products.

Requirements -

Proven experience as receiving clerk or similar position.
Previous warehouse experience.
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Keen eye for detail.
Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations
Grade 12
Computer literate and knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs.
Basic math skills and recording abilities.
Outstanding organizational skills
