Duties & Responsibilities
Duties/ Job Description
To ensure that existing customers and account are serviced and key customer reporting is provided to the sales team, contributing to the successful achievement of the Sales and Marketing goals.
Output:
Existing customers and accounts:
Servicing existing customers and accounts to deliver a world class service.
Identify opportunities and drive NPD and new stores in order to grow volume and market share.
New and speedy customer sign on.

Key Customer Reporting:
Volume plans and reporting updated daily and weekly.
Feedback and follow-up on queries and complaints.
Stakeholder Relations and Networking:
Initiate and sustain key relation networks which build on the good reputation and image of the company and secures future growth and profitability.
Establish and maintain good trust relations with all stakeholders.
Capturing of Woolworths Orders:
RTV’s from WW, sales vs ordered WW report. Production accuracy. DC Rejections.
Accessing orders off the supplier’s portal and capturing with precision.
Verifying correct detail was captured.
POD Control:
Daily Reconciling and accuracy.
Ensuring all Foods invoices has acceptance of delivery, ready for payment.
Coordinating that all claims are signed of according to approval requirement.
Archiving.
Credit Applications:
Successful in time processing of application.
Sending of Credit application to new customers.
Internal communication to finance and sales regarding progress of applications.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
Grade 12
Driver’s license (code 8)
Own Transport
2 years’ experience in the Sales/FMCG field
Package & Remuneration
Discretionary bonus
