Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a FMCG Managerial position
HR and IR management experience
Generic sales experience (preferably FMCG)
Business management qualification
Skills
Industry Knowledge – FMCG, includes legislation
Customer/Consumer Market Understanding
Knowledge of the competitive environment
Sales Process – includes cycle/deals/pricing
Product, service and process knowledge
Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as the business requires
Based at site with requirement to visit customers
Relationship building is imperative
