Sales Manager - Just Gym

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Manager to join one of the winning teams within the Planet Fitness - Just Gym brand, within Newcastle.

Key Performance Areas would include:

Generate revenue by increasing membership sales
Driving and setting up of daily, weekly and monthly targets
Maintain consistent target delivery
Sustain optimal team productivity by recruiting on an ongoing basis
Training, mentoring and motivating staff
Manage the sales administration process
Dealing with member queries
Experience & Competencies:

Proven track record of consistent sales achievements

Previous management skills and ability to interact at all levels
Display high level of integrity and honesty
Recruitment of sales staff experience
Must be flexible and adaptable
Sound work ethic to lead by example in accordance with the Planet way.
