A well-known Shuttle service company is looking for a Sales & Marketing representative to join their team.
Remuneration:
Negotiable (Depending on experience) Not commission based

Requirements:
Grade 12
Diploma/Degree in marketing or related field

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing or related field
Minimum of 2 years in a marketing managerial role;
Valid driver’s license
Must be willing to travel; Free State, Gauteng, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, Northern Cape
Computer Skills - Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Microsoft Outlook, E-mailing, Internet searching
Presentable appearance
The successful candidate will undergo certain screening assessments
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and execute a marketing strategy for the company;
Leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services, and liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies;
Developing strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door;
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more;
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups;
Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely;
Act as a steward of the brand to ensure that initiatives, messaging, etc., support the brand promise, brand vision, brand position, company values and achieve the overall business objectives of the brand;
Manage brand standardization through all offices nationally and internationally;
Act as middle man between senior managers of the company;
Propose and compile annual marketing budgets;
Manage the design and production of all marketing collateral (leaflets, posters, flyers, signage, etc.), and coordinate the distribution thereof;
Serving as liaison between third party providers like advertising and communications agencies and the company, print suppliers, freelance talent, and various marketing services;
Manage the company's social media interactions;
Plan and manage all company corporate and social events;
Integration between brand and sales drivers;
