Duties and Responsibility
Own Car
Generating leads
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
Negotiating the terms of an agreement
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
Gaining a clear understanding of customers' requirements
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations

Manage personal time effectively in order to ensure the achievement of individual and company sales monthly target/budget.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Background in construction is ideal
Sales experience required
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Matric Essential
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
A commitment to excellent customer service
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: R1,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
