R11 000 a month - Full-time, Temporary
Purpose of the Job
To follow and to adhere to the steps and rules of the vetting procedure to minimize risk to the company
Main Responsibilities
Receives application forms and limit increased requests, records details. Check for validity (if not – arrange for correction with KAM, customer, or controller)
Vetting (Capture details on relevant bureau (guided by limit requested) Intermediate if more information or documents are required from the bureau. Upon receiving the annexure assigns payment terms, controller, and amount. When the cover is withdrawn, to request overall blocking and to inform all relevant parties
Workflow (Initiates the workflow, Assist with expediting the workflow steps, amends and sends the opening letter to customer, controller, and supervisor)
Admin (To ensure the application form is signed off by the credit manager, to print limit request forms and annexures to file, to accurately label and file the documentation)
Comparison (To do a monthly comparison to check Sap details are as per the bureau listing, To do a monthly check: All accounts opened for that month are filed and findable)
Effective Communication (Inform all relevant parties on progress and delays. Inform manager on all applications that deviates from the norm)
Opening and capturing of accounts on SAP/Syspro
Education and Qualification
Matric
1-year relevant experience in a vetting environment

Salary: Up to R11,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Bedfordview, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
High School (matric) (Preferred)
Experience:
SAP/Syspro: 1 year (Preferred)
Relevant experience in a vetting environment: 1 year (Preferred)
