- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Performing reference and background checks

- Marketing of CV’s & additional services offered by Vision Staff
- Coordinating interviews with the companies and candidates
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with clients and candidates to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process to candidate
- Achieve quarterly and annual targets
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 & PREVIOUS RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good telephone etiquette
- Hard working and self-motivated
- Target driven
- Drivers License
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN:
- Basic conditions of employment
- MIE background screening software (an advantage)
- Compensation calculations & deductions
- Interviewing & screening
- Basic HR background (an advantage)

R 7 000 – R10 000 p/month Salary depending on experience
